A leading online store, well known retailers of trendy clothing, accessories, caps etc was looking for a reliable virtual assistant freelancer to help with online data services.

Challenge

The client needed different kinds of forms for e-commerce activities, product features upload, written product reviews etc.  Every process needed fast typing, cold calling and extraction of data from various websites in a short span of time.

Implementation

The virtual assistant freelancer worked with the client for a month where the VA was in constant touch with the client. The VA would access the admin panel, contact the potential clients, write reviews, upload the features of the product as and when required. The project was successful and is waiting for the next phase of the project.
